TCH Jacketed and traced hose assemblies are used to convey a variety of viscous products including resins, polymers, sulfur and asphalt. Both types of assemblies will have ports at either end to hook up steam or hot oil to heat the media being conveyed.

Product Details

Fabricated jacketed and traced assemblies, as well as interlock, lined and guarded transfer hose assemblies are available in stock or custom lengths and diameters. All assemblies are built to your exact specifications. I.D.’s 1” – 12” in 304, 321 or 316 stainless steel hose surrounded with a single or double layer heavy-duty woven wire braid. End fittings have a range of material including carbon steel and stainless steel. Style options for end fittings are weld, sweat, flange, groove, male NPT or customer specified.
