PTFE Expansion Joints

TCH PTFE expansion joints serve in chemical or corrosive media applications. These joints compensate for misalignment, isolate vibration and absorb axial motion in piping systems.

Our PTFE expansion joints are available in 2, 3, and 5 PTFE bellow convolutions. I.D. sizes range from 1” - 12” with galvanized carbon steel

150# flanges and integral limit rods. Stainless steel flanges and limit rods are also available.

Applications include, but are not limited to, chemical transfer, steel processing, paint spraying, fuel, and lubricant handling, food processing, marine,

and chemical and petrochemical industries.

ADVANTAGES

• Chemical resistant characteristics

  of the PTFE bellows

• Easy installation due to the

  short face-to-face dimension

• Integral steel limit control bolts

• Convoluted design reduces vibration

• Compensates for axial and

  lateral motion

• Corrosion resistant

• In-stock, ready to ship

Ease of installation due to the short face-to-face dimension, along with the chemical resistant characteristics of the PTFE bellows, make this style attractive to facility management engineers.
